WOLF 1834's The Den 4-Piece Watch Winder Safe delivers museum-grade protection and flawless winding performance for your most valued automatics. Its green vegan-leather exterior conceals a biometric or keycode locking system, while four patented winders run at a factory-set 900 turns per day—bi-directional with a 10-second start delay and intermittent pause/sleep phases that mimic natural wrist motion.
Each module features the brand's Lock-in Cuff, securing watches of any bracelet size on low-density foam without pressure points. Above the winders, a dedicated vault tray includes a removable three-piece watch tray for additional storage. The safe can be bolted down via pre-drilled holes in the base and back, and runs on the included universal AC adapter or optional AA batteries (lithium recommended for extended life). Dimensions: 19.5" L × 13" W × 11" H.

Do you require a deposit for engagement rings or custom pieces?
Yes, all orders for natural and lab diamond engagement rings, custom fine jewelry, and watches require a 30% non-refundable deposit. Please note that once your item is completed, we can only hold the order for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, the item will be restocked and your deposit will be forfeited.
Can I upgrade my natural diamond engagement ring in the future?
Absolutely. Natural Diamond Engagement Rings are eligible for our Engagement Ring Upgrade Program. You will receive 100% credit of your original diamond's price to put toward a new diamond, provided the new stone is at least double the value of the original. (Note: The original diamond and grading report must be returned in undamaged, reusable condition.)
What is your policy on custom-designed or sale items?
All custom jewelry—including name necklaces, specially engraved pieces, and any altered items—are considered final sale. Similarly, all sale items, markdowns, and Pre-Loved Designer Jewelry are final sale. These pieces are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Do you offer price matching if an item goes on sale after I buy it?
Yes! We offer a Sale Price Match Policy. If the price of a Del Mar Jewelers item drops within 7 days of your purchase, we will provide you with store credit for the price difference (the request must be submitted while the sale is active). We also offer competitive price matching if you find a similar item at a lower price from another retailer—just contact us to review the comparison.
