The WOLF 1834 Ballet Musical Jewelry Box in Sleeping Beauty Walnut Wood celebrates the brand's heritage with a design rooted in Philipp Wolf III's original turning ballerina box. Crafted from FSC-certified walnut wood veneer, the exterior showcases delicate heart-shaped marquetry inlays and silver-finish hardware, including a custom 'W' winding key.
Open the lid to reveal a Fiona Howard–designed embroidered backdrop of Sleeping Beauty's rose-filled castle surrounding a heart-shaped, scallop-edged mirror. Inside, nine compartments—eight in the upper tray and one spacious lower section—are lined with Ultrasuede treated with patented LusterLoc™ technology to prevent tarnish. Two interchangeable hand-painted ballet dancers with different skin tones pirouette gracefully when the silver key is wound, playing Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty Waltz.
An engravable self-adhesive metal plaque (5.5 cm) is included for personalization. The box measures 10.25" L x 8" W x 3.5" H and arrives in WOLF's 190th anniversary limited-edition packaging—making it as memorable to gift as it is to own.

Do you require a deposit for engagement rings or custom pieces?
Yes, all orders for natural and lab diamond engagement rings, custom fine jewelry, and watches require a 30% non-refundable deposit. Please note that once your item is completed, we can only hold the order for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, the item will be restocked and your deposit will be forfeited.
Can I upgrade my natural diamond engagement ring in the future?
Absolutely. Natural Diamond Engagement Rings are eligible for our Engagement Ring Upgrade Program. You will receive 100% credit of your original diamond's price to put toward a new diamond, provided the new stone is at least double the value of the original. (Note: The original diamond and grading report must be returned in undamaged, reusable condition.)
What is your policy on custom-designed or sale items?
All custom jewelry—including name necklaces, specially engraved pieces, and any altered items—are considered final sale. Similarly, all sale items, markdowns, and Pre-Loved Designer Jewelry are final sale. These pieces are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Do you offer price matching if an item goes on sale after I buy it?
Yes! We offer a Sale Price Match Policy. If the price of a Del Mar Jewelers item drops within 7 days of your purchase, we will provide you with store credit for the price difference (the request must be submitted while the sale is active). We also offer competitive price matching if you find a similar item at a lower price from another retailer—just contact us to review the comparison.
